We are committed to strong corporate governance and a culture built on transparency, accountability and
integrity. The process of identifying, developing and maintaining high standards of corporate governance is
ongoing and dynamic, and Aris Gold continues to implement initiatives to enhance corporate governance
practices
and disclosures.
We require everyone who does business on Aris Gold’s behalf to maintain the highest levels of integrity and
standards of business conduct. Our Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
together form our Code of Conduct (the “Code”). All directors, officers, employees and contractors must
provide
a certification of compliance with the policies that make up the Code.
A Supplier Code of Conduct extends these expectations and requirements to those who conduct business on our
behalf, and suppliers are required to read, understand and comply with both the Company’s Code of Conduct
and
the Supplier Code of Conduct.
As stated in our Whistleblower Policy, any person concerned about the possibility of business conduct that is
illegal, unethical or contrary to the policies of the Company is encouraged to report alleged violations or
complaints by contacting the Board’s Audit Committee in writing or submitting such complaint or concern
through
the Company’s online whistleblower platform.
For more details on our ethics and compliance related policies, programs and performance download our 2020 Sustainability Report.
“The policies that were adopted in early 2021 – and are in the process of being implemented across
the organization –
establish high standards that everyone who works on the Company’s behalf is expected to
meet.”
